A Better Person

What you want to do when you are grown up? Isn't this one of those questions grown-ups ask often? Well, the questions asked more often by me is: What you want to do for others when you grow up? The thing only lives in our mindset. "Grow up to be rich and successful and to hell with all the people". This is not how we are supposed to live!
Let me tell you guys a story: There was a poor person. He worked hard. He grew rich. He died. The end.
A happy ending isn't it? Yes?...or not?
Let me tell you guys another story: There was a poor person. He worked hard. He grew rich. He helped people with his money and died. The end.
Isn't that a much better ending?
When I used to be a younger I saw some people living on roads, most of them naked, living off rats, their feet burning as they touched the hot road. The driver used to drive past them and I used to feel something... I don't know?! What if I had to live like them? No money, no car and no food. How was I  supposed to live? But these people live like this every single day!! And then from that day onwards, I planned to become a rich person...not for fame and dignity but to help these poor people. A very few people have this feeling to see a beggar outside your car's door and want to give them every single penny you have.

Laughter and lies that's how I grew up and I just scratched off the latter. It made a big difference in my life. Firstly, there were laughter and lies and the laughter only came when the lies were told but then I realized the laughter without lies was something different...It had something inspiring. Lies are like a key. The key to every worst deed possible. Always speak the truth!

Guilt...It changes everything. Making someone feel guilty for something bad he has done is the most terrible and beautiful thing you can think of. Making a person feel guilty for his sins changes a person's life. Making a kind person feel guilty turns him into a better person but for a bad person, it just worsens the situation.

Do whatever you want when you grow up but just be a better person. That is the answer to the question most frequently asked: What you want to be when you grow up? ... A better person than I am now.
